Front man Fat Mike is some kind of godfather on the US skate punk scene. Besides his singer/bass player duties in NOFX, he has formed the record label Fat Wreck Chords that has released records by some of the best bands in the genre.
Only few stand above or next to NOFX. Fat Mike and his entourage of beer-bellied combatants are behind one of the best and most extensive punk rock catalogues. Straightforward social critics with a hankering for obscenities and slapstick.
